Instructions

Your organization wants to better understand its culture, with the aim of enabling locally organized initiatives to improve it. This tool provides a structured process to gain insights into the day-to-day diversity of workplace experiences and how they relate to a wide range of individual, cultural, behavioral and systemic factors. As well, it supports taking these insights and using the collective intelligence of people to come up with actionable change initiatives.

To support this process, our approach centers on your firsthand experiences, unlike traditional surveys which primarily seek generalized opinions about a topic. We ask you to start by vividly describing a specific work experience that had an impact on your ability to perform in any relevant aspect of your job. Then we ask you to give it a short title. (Rest assured, all entries are anonymous. Please refrain from naming individuals unless absolutely necessary, as your entries will be visible to others).

Referencing this experience, you will be asked to respond to a series of questions exploring various facets of that experience that are related to a range of possible influences, plus a few other relevant questions. You can think of this as a reflective journal where you can note diverse experiences in your work and reflect on their unique contextual qualities on an ongoing basis.

In subsequent screens, you will encounter dashboards with this data and be able to participate in workshops where you will access the collective results from you and your colleagues and engage in reflective dialogue. Your narratives will contribute to a comprehensive view of organizational culture and behaviors, empowering teams to initiate small, impactful changes aligned with company values, ultimately enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall performance.
